Our Thanks

Dear beloved brothers and sisters,
We are going to start our Feast of nations.
But first, let me say a few words of thanks.
We have prepared your venue since May. Many people have worked to make your arrival possible !
First let me cite M-O R, the president of the Protestant Parish Council.
He has been involved in the general and practical organization. He gave you at the entrance, on the first day, the brochure with the address of your host family and the schedules.
Without him, you would have slept under bridges,
Or else we would still ask ourselves by which family you could sleep.
You have everyone a place to sleep, it is thanks to him,
If you are not lost, it is thanks to him and to the brochures,
We can applaud him.
M-O R was supported by the Councils of Protestant and Catholic parish and M.S. the delegate of the Catholic parish. Several members of these councils have also housed some of you, we thank them.
Thanks also to local authorities in Bussigny and especially J-D L. Thanks to him, we were able to have this Great Hall, and the shelter from civil protection, and the house Le Raisin for breakfast. He entered your name in the computer at the entrance.
Thanks to J. R., who made, with others. the food and drinks purchases.
Thank to the JP (young people of the parish) who have decorated the hall and have prepared the musical accompaniment.
Thanks to the breakfast team, J. R., F. M., C. B., D. F., and G. and MA B.
Thanks to all the parishioners who came out to furnaces for making cakes and pastries for the day of arrival and for tonight. I think that there will be leftovers after the party tonight, you can take some food for your picnic tomorrow for your trip. Thanks to all them.
Thanks to all families who have cared for, lodged and fed each of these young people.
All these families are already invited to come back here on January 20th for a new Taizé prayer.
And to keep in touch with us, remember our blog, you received a yellow paper with the name and e-mail address. Stay in touch, between you and with us.
Thank you for coming here and for the friendship you brought, thank you for the joy you have given to us.
I give now the word to M-O R our president.
We look forward to seeing and hearing now your productions.
Let the party begin!

Commentaires
